For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The PATZ1 protein contains an A-T hook DNA-binding motif that interacts with other DNA-binding structures, playing a key role in chromatin modeling and transcription regulation.
Its POZ domain mediates protein-protein interactions required for transcriptional repression, while zinc-finger domains form the DNA-binding region.
In small round cell sarcoma, PATZ1 is fused to EWS through an inversion of chromosome 22q, forming a chimeric sequence combining the EWS transactivation domain with the PATZ1 zinc-finger domain.
Four alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified for this gene.
