Product Specific Information

PA5-33214 has been shown to be negative on all mouse cells and cell lines tested. This antibody recognizes a human cell surface marker, and therefore cannot be used as a negative control in this species.

Test results have shown that PA5-33214 is also suitable for use as a negative control with canine tissues.

This product is a low-endotoxin, preservative-free formulation. Endotoxin level is <0.01 EU/ug.

For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL.

Rat IgG2a is an immunoglobulin subclass that is commonly used in research and diagnostic applications. It is produced by the rat immune system and is known for its ability to activate complement and mediate antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). Rat IgG2a has a molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa and is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains.
