또한 t(14;21)(q11.2;q22) 염색체 전좌와 관련된 T세포 급성 림프모구성 백혈병과 연관되어 있습니다.
염색체 21의 특정 영역에 위치하며, 다운증후군 관련 학습 장애에도 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
조직 특이성: 뇌 내 희소돌기세포에서 발현되며, 희소돌기교종에서 강하게 발현되고, 성상세포종에서는 약하거나 중간 수준으로 발현됩니다.
교모세포종에서는 발현 수준이 매우 다양합니다.
