Target Information
Eukaryotic RNA polymerase I (Pol I)는 ribosomal RNA (rRNA) 유전자의 전사 및 rRNA 생산을 담당하는 효소 복합체입니다. Pol I은 종에 따라 6~14개의 폴리펩타이드로 구성되며, 그중 가장 큰 두 개의 서브유닛 Rpa1과 Rpa2가 전체 질량의 대부분을 차지합니다. POLR1B는 yeast의 Rpa2에 상동성을 가집니다 (Seither and Grummt, 1996).
