Target Information
DNA 복제는 진핵세포에서 복잡한 염색체 복제 장치에 의해 수행되며, DNA polymerase α와 primase는 핵심 효소 구성 요소입니다. Primase는 작은 서브유닛과 큰 서브유닛으로 이루어진 이합체로, 불연속적 DNA 복제 동안 Okazaki 절편의 합성을 위한 짧은 RNA primer를 생성합니다. PRIM1 유전자는 49 kDa 크기의 작은 primase 서브유닛을 암호화합니다.
