This antibody recognizes an extracellular activation-induced conformational epitope PAC-1 on the CD41/CD61 complex (gpIIb/IIIa), also known as integrin alpha IIb beta 3, a receptor mediating platelet aggregation.
Target Information
The DUSP2 gene encodes a dual specificity protein phosphatase that inactivates target kinases by dephosphorylating phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues. It negatively regulates MAP kinase family members (MAPK/ERK, SAPK/JNK, p38), which are involved in cellular proliferation and differentiation. DUSP2 is mainly expressed in hematopoietic tissues, localized in the nucleus, and inactivates ERK1 and ERK2.
