Target Information
Coagulation factor IX is a single-chain polypeptide with a molecular mass of approximately 57 kDa.
Normal concentrations of Factor IX in human plasma are around 3 µg/mL.
Deficiency or lack of coagulation activity of Factor IX is associated with the X-linked disorder, haemophilia B.
