정제 원리

자성 비드가 최적화된 결합 조건에서 DNA를 결합하고, 저염 및 약알칼리 조건에서 DNA를 용출합니다.
자동화 방식 시 약 15분, 수동 방식 시 약 40분의 핸즈온 시간이 소요됩니다.
