- In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Fc gamma RIIA, ~10% with recombinant mouse Fc gamma RIIB, and <1% with recombinant human Fc gamma RIIIA.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin Fc receptor family found on immune response cells. The encoded protein is a cell surface receptor expressed on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, participating in phagocytosis and clearance of immune complexes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
