Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Skp2 (S-phase Kinase-associated Protein 2) is part of the F-box protein family that interacts with the Cyclin A-Cdk2 complex. It is essential for the G1-S transition in mammalian cells and plays a role in p27 ubiquitination and degradation.
Skp2 is expressed in normal tissues such as tonsil and placenta, and in various tumor tissues including lung, breast, ovarian, and endometrial cancers. Research indicates Skp2’s involvement in oncogenesis, particularly in lymphomas and breast cancers.
