CD25 (IL2 receptor alpha chain, IL2RA)는 T 및 B 림프구의 증식에 관여하는 사이토카인 수용체의 구성 요소입니다. IL2RA, IL2RB, IL2RG로 구성된 고친화성 수용체 복합체는 IL2 신호전달에 필수적이며, IL2는 주로 성숙한 T 세포에서 생성되어 B 세포 증식, NK 세포 활성 증가, 그리고 과립구 대식세포 집락 형성을 억제하는 역할을 합니다. 마우스에서 유사 유전자의 결손은 궤양성 대장염 유사 질환을 유발하며, 이는 항원 자극에 대한 면역 반응 조절에 중요한 역할을 함을 시사합니다. IL2RA 유전자 돌연변이는 interleukin 2 receptor alpha 결핍증과 관련이 있습니다.
