Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human NELL2 and less than 3% cross-reactivity with recombinant human NELL1 is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
Target Information
NELL2는 세포질 단백질로, epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like 반복 서열을 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 세포 성장 조절 및 분화에 관여할 수 있으며, 설치류에서 craniosynostosis와 관련된 유사 단백질이 보고되었습니다. 대체 스플라이싱 변형체도 보고되었으나, 전체 길이 서열은 아직 규명되지 않았습니다.
