Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IFN-gamma R2 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).

The IFNGR1 gene encodes the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the gamma interferon receptor.
Human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer consisting of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2.
Genetic variation in IFNGR1 is associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection.
Defects in IFNGR1 are linked to mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease (familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection).
