Product Specific Information
Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다. 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시에는 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0 조건에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리가 필요합니다.

Xeroderma pigmentosum type G (XPG)는 태양광에 대한 극도의 민감성을 보이는 인간 유전 질환입니다. XPG 단백질은 FEN-1 구조 특이적 DNA 복구 엔도뉴클레아제 계열에 속하며, 자외선 유도 DNA 손상의 복구에 필수적인 효소입니다. 인간 XPG 뉴클레아제는 뉴클레오타이드 절제 복구 과정에서 3' 절단을 담당하며, DNA 버블 구조를 절단합니다. XPG의 981–1009번 아미노산 영역은 PCNA 결합 활성 부위를 포함하며, Arg992는 이 결합에 중요합니다. RPA는 XPA 및 XPG 단백질과 직접적으로 결합합니다.
