Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
LMO1 encodes a cysteine-rich, two LIM domain transcriptional regulator. It is mapped to a region of consistent chromosomal translocation on chromosome 11, which can be disrupted in T-cell leukemia, though less frequently than the related gene LMO2.
