- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human Granzyme B, C, D, G, or H is observed.

Target Information
Cytolytic T lymphocytes (CTL) and natural killer (NK) cells share the ability to recognize, bind, and lyse specific target cells. They protect the host by lysing cells bearing nonself antigens, typically peptides or proteins from intracellular pathogens.
Granzyme A is a T cell- and NK cell-specific serine protease that may function as a common component necessary for target cell lysis by CTL and NK cells.
