- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human S100A10 or S100B is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS before use.
Target Information
S100P 단백질은 2개의 EF-hand 칼슘 결합 모티프를 포함하는 S100 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다.
이 단백질들은 세포질 및/또는 핵에 존재하며, 세포 주기 진행 및 분화와 같은 다양한 세포 과정의 조절에 관여합니다.
S100 유전자군은 주로 염색체 1q21에 클러스터 형태로 존재하지만, S100P 유전자는 4p16에 위치합니다.
S100P는 Ca²⁺ 외에도 Zn²⁺ 및 Mg²⁺와 결합하며, 전립선암의 병인과 관련될 수 있습니다.
