Target Information
Collagen type II는 연골(matrix)의 가장 풍부한 단백질로, 두 가지 isoform이 존재합니다. Collagen type IIA는 배아기 연골의 초기 발달 과정에 관여하며, procollagen type II에서 두 말단 propeptide가 절단되어 순환계로 방출될 때 생성됩니다. Procollagen type II N-terminal propeptide (PIIANP)는 연골 합성의 지표로 간주되며, 정상 혈청 농도는 약 30 ng/mL입니다.
