제품 설명
The PureLink™ Quick Plasmid Miniprep Kit enables isolation of high-quality plasmid DNA using PureLink™ spin columns with a unique silica membrane. Cells are lysed by an alkaline/SDS method, and plasmid DNA selectively binds to the membrane. Contaminants are removed with Wash Buffer, and purified DNA is eluted in TE Buffer.
The resulting DNA typically has an A260/A280 ratio >1.80, indicating minimal protein contamination. The purified DNA is suitable for various downstream applications such as bacterial and mammalian cell transformation, DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, cloning, and PCR.
