The PureLink™ HiPure Expi Plasmid Gigaprep Kit enables isolation of the highest levels of transfection-grade plasmid DNA from a single E. coli giga prep using an enhanced anion exchange resin.
This kit includes vacuum filtration columns that allow bacterial filtration without centrifugation, enabling extremely fast processing times.
Typically, it isolates up to 12 mg of high-quality, ultrapure plasmid DNA with inherently low endotoxin levels from 2.5 L of bacterial culture.
