Target Information
CD34는 111–115 kDa의 고도로 당화된 단량체 표면 단백질로, 다양한 줄기세포 집단에서 발현됩니다.
줄기세포 표지자로 알려져 있으며, 인간 조혈모세포에서의 발현은 가역적입니다.
CD34는 조혈모세포 및 기타 전구세포의 부착, 분화, 증식을 조절하는 수용체 매개 내포작용에 관여할 수 있습니다.
또한, CD34는 줄기세포가 골수 세포외기질이나 기질세포에 부착할 수 있도록 하는 부착 분자로 작용할 가능성이 있습니다.
그 외에도 CD34는 selectin에 대한 탄수화물 리간드를 제시하는 역할을 하며, 세포 신호전달에 관여할 수 있습니다.
CD34 관련 이상은 dermatofibrosarcoma 및 neurofibroma와 연관될 수 있습니다.
