Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform another round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Skp2 (S-phase Kinase-associated Protein 2) is an F-box protein interacting with the Cyclin A-Cdk2 complex and is essential for the G1-S transition.
It mediates ubiquitination and degradation of p27 in mammalian cells.
Expressed in tonsil and placenta, and overexpressed in various cancers including lung, breast, ovarian, and endometrial cancers.
Skp2 plays a role in oncogenesis, particularly in lymphomas and breast cancers.
