Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes one of three natriuretic peptide receptors. Natriuretic peptides are small peptides that regulate blood volume, blood pressure, pulmonary hypertension, and cardiac function, as well as certain metabolic and growth processes. The NPR3 receptor mediates clearance of circulating and extracellular natriuretic peptides through endocytosis. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
