To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CDCP1 is a transmembrane protein containing three extracellular CUB domains. It is overexpressed in colon and lung cancers, and its expression correlates with the metastatic ability of carcinoma cells. Located on the cell surface, CDCP1 has been shown to be tyrosine phosphorylated in cancer cell lines. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
