The monoclonal mouse IgG2b antibody serves as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
This eBMG2b antibody is reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and has been tested on human peripheral blood leukocytes.
Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Target Information

Mouse IgG2b is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens.
It is the third most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immune responses such as opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
It also regulates immune responses, including T cell activation and B cell inhibition.
Mouse IgG2b is widely used in research and diagnostic applications such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, and also in therapeutic research like immunotherapy and vaccine development.
