MA1-80014는 인간 HLA Class I heavy chain의 단형 결정체(monomorphic determinant)를 인식합니다. Epitope 분석 결과, 이 항체는 alpha1 도메인에 결합하며, 활성화된 T세포에서는 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 유도할 수 있으나, 비활성화된 T세포에는 반응하지 않습니다.
이 항체는 마우스와 반응하지 않습니다.
본 제품은 sodium azide를 포함하고 있으므로, 기능적 분석 전 dialysis를 통해 제거하는 것이 권장됩니다. Dialysis cassette를 사용할 수 있습니다.
FACS 분석 시, 제안된 희석액 10 µL를 1×10⁶ 세포(100 µL) 표지에 사용하십시오.
