CD365 (T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 1, Tim-1)은 Type I 표면 당단백질로, N-말단 immunoglobulin V-like domain과 mucin domain, 짧은 세포질 꼬리를 포함합니다.
CD365의 내인성 리간드는 Tim-4이며, 다양한 바이러스(hepatitis A/C, Ebola, Marburg, Dengue, Zika, West Nile, Japanese encephalitis)의 수용체 또는 공동수용체로 작용합니다.
바이러스 결합은 인지질인 phosphatidyl-serine을 통해 이루어집니다.
CD365 유전자(HAVCR1)의 다형성은 감염 민감도 및 질병 중증도와 관련이 있습니다.
또한 T 세포 공동자극에도 관여하며, 주로 상피세포에서 발현됩니다. A549, 769-P, Caco-2 세포주에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
CD365는 metalloproteinase 매개 절단으로 생성되는 가용성 형태로도 존재합니다.
