Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems are developed by cloning the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
CDCP1 is a transmembrane protein containing three extracellular CUB domains. It is overexpressed in colon and lung cancers, and its expression correlates with the metastatic ability of carcinoma cells. CDCP1 is located on the cell surface and has been shown to be tyrosine phosphorylated in cancer cell lines. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
