Target Information
UBXN2B (UBX domain-containing protein 2B)는 NSFL1 cofactor p37 또는 p97 cofactor p37로도 알려진 331 아미노산 단백질입니다. UBX 도메인과 SEP 도메인을 포함하며, ER과 Golgi의 생합성 및 유지에 필수적입니다.
UBXN2B는 VCP와 상호작용하여 막 융합 활성을 가지는 복합체를 형성하며, USO1-GOLGA2 tethering과 BET1L이 필요합니다. 또한 VCPIP1이 관련되어 있으나, 그 탈유비퀴틴화 활성은 필요하지 않습니다.
