Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
LYRM3, also known as NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 beta subcomplex 9 (NDUFB9), is a ubiquitously expressed LYR-motif containing protein. It is suggested as a candidate gene for branchio-oto-renal (BOR) syndrome, characterized by branchial and renal abnormalities and hereditary deafness disorders. Apart from its LYR motif, LYRM3 shows no functional or structural relationship to LYRM1 or LYRM2.
