Product Specific Information
This 4RA10 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD162 (P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1, PSGL-1).
This clone has been successfully used in flow cytometry and has been reported to block binding of CD162 to CD62P and CD62L.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Recommended ≤0.06 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may range from 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test. Antibody should be titrated for optimal performance.

Target Information
CD162 (PSGL-1) is a 120 kDa homodimer protein expressed on leukocytes and platelets. It binds CD62P (P-selectin), CD62L (L-selectin), and to a lesser extent CD62E (E-selectin). These interactions are crucial for leukocyte adhesion, rolling, and extravasation.
CD162 is also recognized as an immune marker associated with T cell exhaustion in chronic viral infections and cancer.
