Target Information
Dynactin 1은 10개의 서브유닛으로 구성된 대형 다이낙틴 복합체의 가장 큰 서브유닛을 암호화하는 유전자입니다. 이 복합체는 미세소관과 세포질 다이닌에 결합하여 ER-to-Golgi 수송, 리소좀 및 엔도좀의 중심 이동, 방추체 형성, 염색체 이동, 핵 위치 조절, 축삭 발생 등 다양한 세포 기능에 관여합니다.
이 서브유닛은 dynein 중간체와 직접 상호작용하며, N-말단의 CAP-Gly 도메인을 통해 미세소관에 결합합니다.
대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사체 변이가 존재하며, 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 HMN7B (distal hereditary motor neuronopathy type VIIB) 또는 dSBMA (distal spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy)를 유발할 수 있습니다.
