Target Information
EEF2는 번역 신장 과정에서 GTP 의존적 리보솜 전이 단계를 촉매합니다. 이 과정에서 리보솜은 PRE(전이 전) 상태에서 POST(전이 후) 상태로 변화하며, A-site에 결합된 peptidyl-tRNA와 P-site에 결합된 deacylated tRNA가 각각 P 및 E 자리로 이동합니다.
