- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 항원 복원 과정이 필요합니다.

Laminins는 세포외기질 당단백질로, 기저막의 주요 비콜라겐 성분입니다. 세포 부착, 분화, 이동, 신호 전달, 신경돌기 성장 및 전이 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다. Laminin receptor 1은 비인테그린 계열의 고친화성 수용체로, 67 kDa laminin receptor, 37 kDa laminin receptor precursor (37LRP), p40 ribosome-associated protein 등으로도 알려져 있습니다. 이 단백질은 진화적으로 높은 보존성을 가지며, 암세포에서의 발현 증가와 침습성 및 전이성과의 상관관계가 보고되었습니다. 본 유전자는 다수의 유사유전자를 가지며, 두 가지 전사 변이체가 동일 단백질을 암호화합니다.
