Target Information
TBR1은 T-box DNA 결합 도메인을 공유하는 유전자군의 구성원으로, 발달 과정 조절에 관여하는 전사 인자를 암호화합니다.
마우스에서 유사 단백질이 결손될 경우 초기 피질 발달에 중요한 역할을 하며, 후각구 및 후각 피질의 투사 뉴런 손실을 유발합니다.
이 단백질의 C-말단 영역은 calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine protein kinase의 guanylate kinase 도메인과의 결합에 필요하고 충분한 것으로 밝혀졌습니다.
