Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene interacts with the dedicator of cytokinesis 1 (DOCK1) protein to promote phagocytosis and mediate cell shape changes. Similarity to a C. elegans protein suggests a role in apoptosis and cell migration. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
