Target Information
LPIN2 단백질은 지방산 대사 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, 마그네슘 의존성 phosphatidate phosphatase 효소로 작용하여 triglyceride, phosphatidylcholine 및 phosphatidylethanolamine 생합성 과정에서 phosphatidic acid를 diacylglycerol로 전환합니다. 또한 PPARGC1A의 핵 전사 공동활성인자로 작용하여 지질 대사를 조절합니다.
