Description:
2B8 단일클론 항체는 마우스 CD117(c-Kit receptor, Steel factor receptor, stem cell factor receptor)에 반응합니다. 이 145-kDa 티로신 키나아제 수용체는 조혈전구세포, 비만세포 등에서 발현되며 세포 증식 및 분화에 관여합니다.

Applications Reported:
Flow cytometric analysis에 사용 보고됨.

Applications Tested:
마우스 골수세포를 대상으로 flow cytometric 분석에 테스트됨. 0.5 µg/test 이하로 사용 권장. 세포 수(10⁵~10⁸ cells/test)는 실험 조건에 맞게 조정 필요.

Super Bright 645 특성:

• Violet laser (405 nm)로 여기, 645 nm에서 방출
• 권장 필터: 660/20 bandpass
• 광산화에 민감하므로 빛 차단 필요
• Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (#SB-4401) 사용 권장
• 고정 시 IC Fixation Buffer (#00-8222) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (#00-5333) 사용 가능 (4°C, 3일 보관)
