Target Information
HLA-DRA는 HLA class II alpha chain 패럴로그 중 하나로, 알파 및 베타 사슬로 구성된 이형이합체입니다. 이 단백질은 세포외 단백질 유래 펩타이드를 제시함으로써 면역 시스템에서 중심적인 역할을 합니다. Class II 분자는 항원제시세포(APC: B 림프구, 수지상세포, 대식세포)에 발현됩니다. 알파 사슬은 약 33–35 kDa이며, 5개의 엑손으로 구성된 유전자를 가집니다.
DRA는 펩타이드 결합 영역에서 다형성이 없으며 DRB1, DRB3, DRB4, DRB5의 유일한 알파 사슬로 작용합니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피와 질량분석을 통한 신항원(neantigen) 분석을 가능하게 하여 면역펩티돔 연구에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
