WD1928 항체는 Eomesodermin(Eomes, T-box brain 2, TBR2)을 인식합니다. Eomes는 T-bet과 유사한 T-box 전사인자로, 배아 발생 및 면역세포 분화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 항체는 인간 말초혈액세포의 세포내 염색 후 유세포분석용으로 검증되었으며, Foxp3/Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set (Product #00-5523-00)을 사용한 프로토콜을 권장합니다.
사용량은 5 µL (0.25 µg)/test이며, 100 µL 최종 부피에서 10^5~10^8 cells/test 범위로 적용 가능합니다.
Alexa Fluor 660은 690 nm에서 방출되며, APC, Alexa Fluor 647, Alexa Fluor 700과의 멀티플렉싱에 적합합니다.
