This antibody detects endogenous levels of HER2/ErbB2 only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1112.
Target Information
ErbB2 (HER2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is overexpressed in some breast tumors. Herceptin, used in treatment of metastatic Her2-positive cancer, is a monoclonal antibody targeting this kinase.
