For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The homeobox DNA-binding domain is a 60 amino acid motif conserved across species, functioning to bind DNA via a helix-turn-helix structure and regulating gene transcription.
PRRX1 (Paired Related Homeobox 1), also known as PMX1 or PHOX1, is a 245 amino acid nuclear protein containing one OAR domain and one homeobox domain. It acts as a transcriptional co-activator enhancing the DNA-binding activity of serum response factor (SRF), thereby mediating SRF-dependent gene expression induced by growth and differentiation factors.
Additionally, PRRX1 regulates the transcriptional activity of creatine kinase-M, playing a role in mesodermal muscle type establishment. PRRX1 exists as two alternatively spliced isoforms, PMX1-A and PMX1-B.
