Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, 100–400% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ILT2 is observed.
- No cross-reactivity with rhILT3, 4, 5, 6, LIR-7 or -8.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
LILRA3 is a member of the leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor gene family.
Leukocyte Ig-like receptors (LIRs) are inhibitory and stimulatory immunoreceptors expressed predominantly on monocytes and B cells, and at lower levels on dendritic cells and natural killer (NK) cells.
LILRA3 lacks a transmembrane region and may act as a soluble receptor for class I MHC antigens. It is expressed mainly in B-cells and weakly in NK cells.
