Target Information
FCRL4 유전자는 면역글로불린 수용체 초가족의 구성원으로, 염색체 1의 긴 팔에 여러 Fc receptor-like 당단백질과 함께 위치합니다.
이 단백질은 4개의 extracellular C2-type immunoglobulin domain, transmembrane domain, 그리고 3개의 immune-receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif를 포함하는 cytoplasmic domain을 가집니다.
주로 상피 내 메모리 B세포 기능에 관여하며, 해당 유전자 영역의 이상은 비호지킨 림프종 및 다발성 골수종과 관련이 있습니다.
