Target Information
Fibrinogen은 척추동물 혈장 내 응고 단백질로, 손상된 혈관에서 트롬빈에 의해 절단되어 혈전의 주요 구성 성분인 피브린을 형성합니다. Fibrinogen은 FGA, FGB, FGG 세 사슬의 이합체로 구성되며, N-말단 부위의 이황화 결합으로 연결되어 있습니다. 플라스민에 의해 분해될 때 D 도메인 2개와 E 도메인 1개로 나뉘며, 유전자 변이는 dysfibrinogenemia, afibrinogenemia, renal amyloidosis 등의 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
