Activity
- Measured by its ability to bind recombinant mouse CD36 in a functional ELISA.
- Measured by its ability to induce activation of beta-catenin response in a Topflash Luciferase assay using HEK293T cells.
- ED50 typically 0.1–0.5 µg/mL in the presence of 5 ng/mL recombinant mouse Wnt3a.
Product Specific Information
Reconstitution:
Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL or lower.
It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and used as soon as possible.
Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
