Target Information
MORG1 is a member of the WD-40 protein family. This protein functions as a molecular scaffold for various multimeric protein complexes. It associates with components of the ERK pathway and promotes ERK activity in response to serum or other signals. MORG1 also interacts with EGLN3 (PHD3) and regulates expression of hypoxia-inducible factor 1. Additionally, it has been purified as part of the spliceosome.
