Target Information
Lutheran blood group glycoprotein은 면역글로불린 초과가족에 속하며, 세포외 기질 단백질인 라미닌(laminin)의 수용체로 작용합니다. 이 단백질은 5개의 N-말단 세포외 면역글로불린 도메인, 단일 막관통 도메인, 짧은 C-말단 세포질 꼬리를 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 상피세포 암 및 겸상적혈구병에서 적혈구의 혈관 폐색에 관여할 수 있습니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 알려져 있습니다.
