Target Information
OXSR1 serine/threonine kinase (OSR1) is activated by osmotic stresses and regulates downstream protein kinases such as PAK1 to initiate cellular responses to environmental stress.
OXSR1 can be phosphorylated by ATM or ATR during DNA damage and may play a role in actin cytoskeleton regulation.
