Target Information
OXSR1 (oxidative-stress responsive 1) serine/threonine kinase is activated by osmotic stress and regulates downstream kinases such as PAK1 to mediate cellular stress response. It can be phosphorylated by ATM or ATR during DNA damage and may play a role in actin cytoskeleton regulation.
